More insights and updates from the Czech Team...
Stephani Cleary~ Ahoy mis amigos! I am going to tell you a VERY VERY short version of my experiences in the BEATIFUL Czech Rep! The place that I am ministering is at the Roma station. I have been given the awesome opportunity to lead all of the kid games that take place at any place and time. Through this I have been able to interact with the “Big Hancho” of the people names Jon. Just seeing his face watching the children made my heart know that God did want us to be there speaking to those people at that time. When I lead the games in every single person I see joy and happiness in eyes. I enjoy being here to help these people know that we love them and that God loves them. In their country they are looked down on. They are showed no respect. To me that is very sad. On a happier note... I am having a blast! I am hanging out with the local church, the Polish kids and our crazy American kids! I would like to tell my boys at home Clay and Noah to annoy everybody at the house because I am not there to do it. And Tell my mom that I am kinda safe and that Czech boys are very very cute!! Lol Jk mom about the safe part WINK WINK! See ya in a while! LOVE YOU ALL!!!!
Jim Barber~ yesterday we were having a BBQ at one of the men’s house from the church and afterwards I thanked his wife for letting us come over and in her broken English she shook her head and said “no no thank you for… sitting on my grass…. And for eating my food.” And it hit me just how thankful these people are that we’re here. It is a totally humbling experience. I like my toes they are cute dad, can you give me another pedicure when I get home?!?
Asia Zielinska ( Polish student) - Hey guys. I actually don’t know what to say. The ministry is awesome and we have a good time together. I believe that God is going to do something over here in Czech Republic. We are working with roma people, do english club and there is also a couple of people who works in the garden and paint something. Sorry for my English but hope you understand what I mean. Bless you guys..
Becky Gudnason- Hello at home! I hope God is blessing you as much there as he is here! It is funny, we come here to minister to these people, and they end up ministering to us. The local church is full of absolutely amazing Christians who are giving their lives away for God. Yesterday we had a BBQ at the house of one of the couples from the church. They opened their house to us and made us tons of sausage! God has been blessing us and hopefully using us to bless the church as well. Mom and Dad (and Kerry because he’s the one who really cares), I’ll see ya in a few years. I found a cute Czech boy and we’ve decided to elope. Don’t worry, he’s a Christian and we’re very happy to minister to the Roma people together. Have a good week! =) Just kidding! Tell Andy-Pandy and Cari and Alli I miss them!
Pastor Piotr Wisełka - To niesamowite. Młodzież z Santa Cruz – Kalifornia i z Poznania – Polska przyjechała do Ostrawy by opowiadać ludziom o Bogu. Znieśli wszystkie trudy podróży i z radością wyszli na ulice by zwiastować dobrą nowinę. Pomagają remontować dom pomocy społecznej, bawią się z dziećmi Romów. Dla młodzieży przygotowali klub języka angielskiego. NIECH BÓG BŁOGOSŁAWI TĄ PRACĘ!

Stephi you and your group bring tears of happiness to me. GOD is with us all and smiling at you and your awesome group. I still miss you very much though.
See you very soon
