More from the Kids!
Tiffany Eiriksson: Hey, things are going great here in Czech. I am on the English Camp team; we are helping about 12 Czech teenagers with conversational English and are sharing our faith with them through it while getting to know them and developing relationships. We have been doing some classroom activities along with games and sports. On Saturday we went on a really long hike with them and tomorrow we will be doing a scavenger hunt around Ostrava. Oh yeah, and my toe got infected and we almost had to amputate it, but thankfully with the amazing medical care available here we were able to get it under control and it is now okay. (Just kidding about amputating it, but it did get infected, but looks okay now). Thank you all for your support and prayers; we really appreciate it.
Caitlin Walsh: Wow!!! I cannot believe we have already been away from home for a week. Time really does fly. And what a change in the Czech kid’s faces coming up the stairs to English Club. The first two days they would come up to us (American and Polish missions kids) with a very guarded demeanor, and now they jog up the steps to the school with a smile and curiosity in their faces. Finally!! They’ve realized we’re wayyy too weird to be making fun of their accents, etc. etc. (however… don’t expect the same grace from them.... oh wow I learned how to say ‘one, two, three’ and apparently I have a slightly Chinese accent.) But it is amazing, I am so thankful to be surrounded by a bunch of crazy Christians on fire for the Lord. So we can all get energy from each other to be able to better reach the Czech kids. I have found that the more ministry we do to reach out to others, the more it actually benefits my own faith. Tonight we sang some songs and shared testimonies. I’m on such a spiritual high. Anywho... off that note, if you are my legal guardian, (or even a friend) I Love you, and you are missed (probably) AND… I haven’t been to the hospital, and Chuckk has not yet sold me into marriage for extra team ice cream money, but I do have a rather disgusting bite on my ankle that slowly turns darker each day… right now it is black in the middle fading into a pleasant blue color and finally ending in a magnificent purple. Maybe God has it in his plans for an amputation of the foot. I don’t know if it matters right now, because I’m ready for anything.
p.s. anyone know if Brown Recluses live in the Czech Republic???
Tyler Hurst: Okay so I don’t really know what day it is and I have been lost time wise since I fell asleep on the plane to Germany. Not too mention the fact that I don’t speak Polish or Czech. And it is amazing. I am working in an English teaching camp where we are teaching through contemporary songs and games. I feel that we have been able to make some strong relationships and the students have started to open up more and more to us. For the last three or four days I (along with Tom the translator) have been playing soccer with a varying range of kids. I am pretty tired, but the trip has been awesome so far. Please pray for the survivors.
Sam Ritchie: I can’t believe we only have a few more days here before we leave for Prague. I wish we could stay here longer! I am involved with the English Camp. The first day was a little discouraging because the Czech students weren’t responding to us. They were very guarded. But the next day we went on a REALLY long walk and the students began to open up. The next day at camp was a million times better!!! We really began to create some great relationships. The people here are amazing. They are so thoughtful and extremely welcoming. I am going to miss the people here a ton when we leave. Please pray that our relationships with the people here and our team would continue to get stronger. Thanks for all the support you have already given to us. It is much appreciated.
A tak szczerze to naprawdę on wykonuje very good job.
Dziękuję bardzo Chuckowi za to, że udostępnił mi komputer i moglem się wypowiedzieć.

Caitlin, being your legal guardian (and more importantly, your mom) I sure hope you're kidding about your ankle. You are always in my thoughts and my constant prayers. I'm thankful that you are all having such a great time and such a positive impact on the Roma people and each other. I can't wait to see you! Love you to pieces!

AHHH!!!
this is so amazing you guys!!
i am so stoked that you guys are out there doing it. You know, actually getting out there doing the work God has blessed us with. It so awesome that you get to experience God moving through the nations, calling them back to Him. AHH! (i am running out of words to express myself!) Happiness. I pray that God continues to use you and work through you all! Blessing and be safe.

Habakkuk 1:5
"Look at the nations and watch
and be utterly amazed.
For I am going to do something in your days
that you would not believe,
even if you were told."
its happening now.

Hello Precious Babies!
I'm glad you are all having amazing experiences and beyond! We are all praying for you on this side of the world. Sunday was empty without you guys (I was there leading worship, last minute Alexa got very sick, send up a prayer for her), so we had a prayer time for you, lead by Chris Legge. Also, be in prayer for our friends Carly Boschen and Liz Sampson as they join the rest of their team to leave for Romania TOMORROW! Give a special hug to Ewelyna for me (I saw her in the picture and almost exploded with "missage"). Tell Maceij that Dave and I are overwhelmed with pleasure and pride in seeing him offer his time to The Lord (we told you that HE had a great purpose for you). Caitlyn, if you've had the bite for more than three days and it's not bleeding yet, it is not anything to worry about. Also, brown recluses only live in certain parts of North America. Laura, kiss all the ladies goodnight tonight and read them a bedtime story. You are all precious to me. I love you.

Finally, a picture where Paul is wearing a shirt!I'll be praying for strong relationships, "the survirors" and prosthetics for all the amputations:) If it were a brown recluse there would be vomiting and fever...Instead of a violin on its back it would have an accordian in Czech.

This blog is the best thing since sliced bread making it possible to hear about your experiences and love for the people and for God and see you worshipping God while it is happening. p.s., Lily got stuck under the house-she's out now, though.
