Hum. I don't think I've ever been to either one of the church types he's talking about. At least, I've never seen anything resembling what he seemed to be trying to describe.
I'm always interested in these 'missional churches' because, thus far, most of them don't function any differently that most of the other churches. There are superficial differences such as the songs they sing, the chairs they sit in, and whether they use lights or candles. But where the rubber meets the road, churches generally have the same functional issues to deal with.
