I love Santa Cruz folks, they are a wacky bunch. Case in point #1 these Troll Dolls, custom fitted with crosses, clerical robes and collars were found in the offering "plates". They had the names Chuckk and Omar written on their collars. This was a unique Santa Cruz-y offering.
Case in point #2 a visitor in his mid fifties arrived at the service wearing a blinking rudolph red nose (weeks after Christmas) which he kept on for a good part of the service. He arrived through the backdoor mid service and knocked over a bunch of candle stands - the woman with him said " I can't take him anywhere', as his electric nose toy blinked on and off. There's always something interesting happening at church in Santa Cruz and I'm glad we're a church for everyone.

It's a good thing they had nametags. I would have taken you for the one with the blue hair.

I am very, very jealous almost to the point of righteous anger that no one at Vintage Faith has made troll dolls like this for Josh and myself.
